My stay at Santani Wellness Kandy was quite the mixed bag. The location was stunning, surrounded by mountains and with amazing views. however, the noise from nearby celebrations made it hard to relax at times. While the food and the spa were highlights, there were several service issues that detracted from the overall experience.

I had an very nice stay at Santani Wellness in Kandy. The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff is really good. However, my initial experience in the Garden View Chalet was affected by noise, which prompted me to switch to a Mountain View room that was much quieter. Despite a few minor issues, like dietary restrictions not being noted, the overall experience was magical.
